27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shareholders
Metaplanet is pleased to announce that at the Board of Directors meeting held on Tuesday, January 27,2026, it was resolved that the 27th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held as follows on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. The agenda items for the meeting will be announced once finalized. Regarding attendance at the Shareholders' Meeting, only shareholders as of December 31, 2025, are eligible to attend. Further details will be provided in the "Notice of Convocation", which will be sent by mail in due course.
