Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Shareholders

Metaplanet Inc. will convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders at 10 am (JP Time) on December 22nd. This meeting will bring together shareholders to discuss and vote on key agenda items relevant to the company’s strategic and governance matters. The EGM will be broadcast on this shareholder portal to shareholders who are registered on the record date (as of October 31st, 2025). To exercise your vote, ✔ Step 1 Check whether your broker supports proxy voting for Japan. ✔ Step 2 If yes → You will receive electronic proxy materials (IBKR/Broadridge, Schwab, Fidelity). If no → Ask your broker: “Can you provide a Voting Instruction Form or Beneficial Owner Proxy Letter for Japanese shareholder meetings?” ✔ Step 3 If your broker refuses → You cannot exercise voting rights unless you transfer your shares to a broker that supports proxy voting for Japanese equities.
